Do you ship internationally?

Shipping to Australia is $19 a box and for prices for other countries, please email us for the latest shipping rates.

When are boxes sent?

One off boxes are sent daily. Main subscription boxes are sent on the 25th of each month and mini subscription boxes are sent within a week of payment.

How are your boxes packed?

We are conscious about doing our part to help protect our planet so all packages are sent in a recyclable box. No order details are provided in the boxes.

Why did I not get a tracking email?

Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam or junk folders so check there and if you still can not find it, then just flick us an email and we will resend it to you.

Can I add a note to my order?

When you are checking out you can include any notes you would like added in the notes section of the order or if you miss that then just email us the message and we will make sure it is included in your gift.

What if I need to change my address or my box hasn’t arrived.

You can log into your customer portal to update any personal details however once your box is paid the shipping  label is generated so the changes will only apply to the next months box but you can follow the instructions on the tracking email to “redirect your package” and if your box doesn’t arrive then please email us so we can look into this for you. info@mytreat.co.nz
