Where do you deliver to?
Our Keto treats can be delivered to any non-rural NZ address. If NZpost class your address as rural then we are not able to use that address, even if you leave the RD out of your address. However, we can deliver to your place of work or another non rural address that you have arranged.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure. We are based in Bethlehem, Tauranga and if you are free and want to collect your order on Tuesday afternoon then just email us to arrange.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are collected Tuesday afternoon’s for expected overnight delivery, meaning they should be with you on Wednesday.
When should I order?
New boxes will be available each month and all orders for the week close Midnight Sunday for dispatch the following Tuesday. If the box you are after is sold out, then check back on Thursday as they new orders will open again.
Where do I find the nutritional information for the treats?
All nutritional information including ingredients and macros will be on the website and also listed individually on the flyer that comes with your keto treats.
Where are the treats made?
The registered Kitchen at the MyTreat HQ in Tauranga.
How do I store my treats?
Your keto treats are made to be put straight into the freezer and then chill in the fridge the day before consumption or can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days, so freeze some and keep some in the fridge is our recommendation.
What if they are not delivered on time?
Your keto treats will be packaged so they can stay cool over 24 hours, however, what happens once they leave our kitchen is out of our control. You will receive your tracking email on Tuesday afternoon, and it is your responsibility to check the tracking on Wednesday morning and then let us know if your box is not out for delivery that day. We need to hear from you before 1pm Wednesday for us to try and sort the delivery. If we hear from you after that then we will still work with you to get your box delivered but cannot guarantee that will be on Wednesday.
What if I want a refund?
Due to the perishable nature of your order no refunds for damaged or delayed products will be processed, but we will work with you to try and sort a suitable resolution and feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any compliments or complaints.
Are you going to offer other keto products?
We sure are, we are starting with the Keto baking treats and will be expanding to meals and monthly keto essential packs so make sure you are on the Keto email list to keep up to date with the current news.
What sweeteners do you use?
We do not use Maltitol in any of our recipes, and we use Allulose, Erythritol and/or Xylitol. All though Xylitol is safe for human consumption it is very harmful to dogs so please be wary of where your treats will be left if not at home for the delivery.
We have put a lot of planning and testing into our packaging and the recipes we create, so they as food safe and durable as possible for an overnight couriered keto sweet selection. Shipping these food items are entirely at the consumer’s risk. However, your feedback is really important to us! We would love to know how your package arrives so we can make any adjustments if necessary.
The macronutrients and calories supplied are a guideline. They are calculated as accurately as possible, but it can vary slightly as the portions are not cut to weight etc.
